physicians throughout all hospital departments into written communications. This required the timely and accurate
transcription and management of a large volume of confidential information. I was required to generate and edit
reports and insure proper filing per administrative directives and procedures. This included but was not limited to:
History and Physicals, Operative Reports, Progress Notes, Consultation Reports, Sleep Studies, Heart

telephonic and transcription recording equipment as well as general office equipment to include: copy machines, fax

information and product value were kept confidential. I worked with twelve warehouses across the country
researching any discrepancies that may have occurred between the vendors ' invoice and what the warehouses
received. I produced reports documenting these discrepancies and forwarded them to product line buyers, warehouse
managers and the vendors. I had to be able to communicate with these parties both verbally and in writing to make
